Once you apply, My Aged Care manages the following steps:

• The Screening: They look at your application to see what level of help you might need.
• The Match: They assign you to either a RAS assessor (for basic home help) or an ACAT assessor (for more complex care or aged care homes).
• The Visit: The assessor comes to your home to chat about what you can do safely and where you need a hand.
